I visited recently and was totally impressed! The fish was incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection, with a lovely crispy batter that just melted in my mouth. I also loved the portion sizes—huge! The chips were golden and fluffy, a perfect match for the fish. The only small downside was the wait time, but it’s understandable considering how busy they were. Definitely worth the wait, and I’ll be back for more!

As a fish lover, I’m always on the lookout for a great takeaway, and I have to say, this place did not disappoint! The first thing that struck me was the cleanliness of the establishment, which is always a good sign. I ordered the cod and chips, and both were fantastic. The fish was flaky and succulent, while the chips were thick-cut and crispy, just how I like them. I also appreciated the variety of sauces available; the tartar sauce paired beautifully with my meal. On the flip side, I would suggest perhaps offering a few more side options, like mushy peas or pickled onions, but overall, this is easily one of the best fish and chip spots I’ve found. I’ll certainly be back to try more of their menu!

I’ve been coming here for a while now, and I’m always pleased with my meals. The fish is consistently fresh, and the batter is light and crispy—not too greasy, which is a real bonus. The portion sizes are generous, making it great value for money. I particularly enjoy the friendly staff who greet you with a smile, adding to the overall experience. One area for improvement could be the seating if you plan to eat in, as it can get a bit cramped during peak times. Still, if you’re looking for a delicious takeaway, you won’t go wrong here. I highly recommend the homemade tartar sauce as well; it’s the perfect finishing touch!
